We observed at PIERRE GUERIN that it was not always easy for you to identify the components of your equipment and obtain a quote of parts. The objective of the SERVICE TAG is to simplify your life and to facilitate the process in your quotation requests.

How does it work?

SERVICE TAG is a simple label affixed to a component with a QR code and a serial number. Scanning the QR CODE or entering the serial number will take you to a dedicated website to receive a quotation for the component spare parts.

This process enables us to issue a quotation & ship your parts as soon as possible.
